Competitive Grant Program
The purpose of our Competitive Grant Program is to distribute funding to the highest-scoring proposals received from state and local governments, as well as from private and not-for-profit community-based partners, that align with Maryland’s Overdose Response Strategy and address the greatest needs around the state.
Fiscal Year 2027
We are pleased to announce the final grantees for our Fiscal Year 2027 Competitive Grant Program! This year, we are distributing approximately $6.3 million to support 30 individual programs across Maryland. Of the exemplary organizations that were awarded, 19 were non-profit organizations, eight were local government agencies, two were state agencies, and one was a university system.
