New! 2027 Opioid Restitution Fund Grant Program

MOOR is pleased to announce our 2027 Opioid Restitution Fund Grant Program! This is a competitive opportunity through which eligible organizations will be able to apply for up to $1,000,000 to support efforts to address the harms of the opioid and overdose crisis.

Non-profits are eligible to apply if they provide non-billable community-based services (or billable services to disproportionately impacted populations). Local governments may apply if they do not receive their own opioid settlement funds.

Pre-Application Webinar & ORF Grant Office Hours: Those interested in applying for this funding opportunity are encouraged to attend our Pre-Application Webinar to learn more about application requirements and the proposal review process. We are also holding two separate open office hours sessions to give applicants an opportunity to ask questions with MOOR staff about the application process.
