Announcing Maryland’s Second Annual Overdose Prevention Awareness Advocacy Day Rally!

Overdose Prevention Advocacy Day. Tuesday, February 10, 2026. 9 am to 10:30 am. Lawyer’s Mall in Annapolis. Calling All Advocates! Join us in Annapolis to rally for continued action to reduce overdoses and increase access to substance use care in Maryland! Organizers: Office of the Lieutenant Governor Aruna K. Miller, Maryland's Office of Overdose Response, Behavioral Health Systems Baltimore, Maryland Alliance for Sensible Drug Policy, Baltimore Harm Reduction Coalition, Maryland Peer Advisory Council, and NCADD Maryland.

This event will bring together individuals and organizations committed to raising awareness and advocating for meaningful action to address the impacts of the overdose crisis in our communities. Featured speakers include Lieutenant Governor Aruna Miller, Special Secretary of Overdose Response Emily Keller, and other state and local officials. Community organizations will be invited to speak as well.
